1. Overview
By purchasing or using services from Distorted Beauty Designs, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all digital design services, including but not limited to logo design, business cards, branding, and website design.
2. Services Provided
Distorted Beauty Designs offers digital design services including:
Logo Design
Business Card Design
Website Design
Custom Digital Graphics
All services are tailored to client needs and delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments
Full payment or a deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
Final files will not be delivered until full payment is received.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started (see Refund Policy).
4. Revisions
Each project includes a limited number of revisions (stated in your package).
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Major design changes after approval may require a new project fee.
5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on the service and project scope.
Estimated delivery times will be provided at the start of the project.
Delays may occur if client feedback is not provided promptly.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete project information
Respond to communication in a timely manner
Review and approve designs within a reasonable timeframe
Failure to do so may delay the project.
7. Intellectual Property
Final designs become the property of the client once full payment is received.
Distorted Beauty Designs retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
8. Cancellation Policy
Projects may be canceled before work begins for a full refund.
Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
If a project is abandoned by the client (no response for 14 days), it may be closed without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Distorted Beauty Designs is not liable for:
Any damages resulting from the use of designs
Third-party issues (hosting platforms, printing errors, etc.)
Loss of business, revenue, or data
10. Website Design Specific Terms
Clients are responsible for purchasing domains and hosting unless included in the package.
Ongoing maintenance is not included unless specified.
Once a website is delivered and approved, future edits may require additional fees.
11. Communication
All communication will be conducted via:
Messaging platforms
Scheduled calls (if applicable)
12. Changes to Terms
Distorted Beauty Designs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
